At IDC Collective, we thrive on pushing the boundaries of creativity, and our recent collaboration with 3D Vox and Radar Xbs for the CONCAEM Virtual Web Fair is a testament to that commitment. The Challenge

CONCAEM, an umbrella organization for business sectors in Estado de Mexico, approached us to create a virtual fair that would offer an immersive experience: Feria Virtual de Emprendimiento 2020. The goal was to enable participants to visit custom-designed virtual booths representing various businesses and ventures, along with the opportunity to attend webinars and forum presentations in a 3D virtual space. Our task was to bring this vision to life, ensuring each booth reflected the brand identity of the participating organizations.

Our Solution

Working in tandem with 3D Vox and Radaxbs, we offered a comprehensive solution:

1. Concept Design: Our team worked closely with CONCAEM to conceptualize the fair, meticulously planning the design and layout to maximize engagement.

2. 3D Design and Modeling: IDC Collective handled the design and modeling aspect, crafting intricate 3D environments for each booth to create an immersive experience for visitors.

3. Virtual Web Platform Development: 3D Vox led the development and programming of the virtual web platform, ensuring smooth navigation and interactivity for attendees.

4. Webinar Integration: Radaxbs managed and integrated the joint webinar sessions, allowing for seamless transitions between virtual booth visits and forum presentations.

The Result

The CONCAEM Virtual Web Fair successfully redefined how businesses engage with their audiences during these challenging times. Participants could explore personalized booths, access social media links, websites, and promotional videos, all while staying connected through engaging webinars and forum sessions.
